Su Spicy Chili Crisp

This mala chili crisp is produced in small batches using a traditional technique that has been passed down through generations. It's complex, tingly, and aromatic with a clean finish and a brilliant red color.

This is an essential ingredient for classic Sichuan dishes like Ma Po Tofu and Red Oil Wontons. You'll be surprised at how well it works as a finishing oil for almost anything. Stir well before using to get plenty of crispy sediment. 

Unlike many other chili crisps on the market, this one packs a punch with only a few ingredients and no food additives.

Su Chili Crisp is made in limited batches of 50 jars per week by Chen Yu Chao.
Da Hong Pao brown peppercorns, Tian Jin red peppers, sesame seeds, garlic and other aromatics are ground to the perfect texture and infused in oil.
