Our Taiwanese fruit preserves are just that—Taiwanese fruit and not much else. They feature large chunks of fruit, are lower in sugar than conventional versions, and are prepared in micro-batches to ensure the gentlest of processing. They’re so fresh, we almost wouldn’t call them jam; they're closer to a fruit sauce than to jelly.
They’re a perfect topping for toasts, biscuits, yogurt, oatmeal, and ice cream. Add them to baked goods, smoothies, cocktails, cakes, or even savory sauces—anything that needs a delicate note of fruit.

TAIWANESE MULBERRY JAM
I love how it is not too sweet and with such delicate taste. I had it with a slice of sourdough bread and it was a great combination. Beautiful artisanal quality!

Taiwanese Passionfruit Jam
The site description is right that this isn't very jammy (no added pectin in this or the other jams‚ I also got the mango one) and more like apple butter. Sweet and savory. Nice to have the passion fruit seeds for some crunch. I've been eating it on challah bread with ricotta.

TAIWANESE RED GUAVA JAM
This red guava jam has chunks of guava fruit visible giving it a nice full body texture. The jam is very aromatic with full spectrum of guava flavors. The subtle sweetness is just right! This jar of juicy goodness was shared with a close family and everyone has been savoring it!
