Soy Sauces and Pastes

Our naturally fermented, hand made soy sauces are gluten-free and use non-GMO, pesticide-free black soybeans. After inoculation with Koji, the soy beans are left to ferment naturally under the sun for six months to one year in terracotta vats that are generations old.
