Soy Sauces and Pastes

All of our naturally-fermented, handmade soy sauces utilize non-GMO, pesticide-free black soybeans. They are inoculated with Japanese Koji and left to ferment naturally under the sun for up to 3 years in generations-old terracotta vats.
