Because we can't very well bring you fresh Taiwanese fruit at their peak ripeness, we bring them to you preserved—in the form of dried fruit slices and chunky jams.
Our dried Golden Diamond Pineapple, Irwin Mango, Pearl Guava, Green Mango, and Wax Apple are made from fruits harvested at peak ripeness, sliced thick, then dried immediately to lock in as many flavors, nutrients, and juices as possible.
Our Red Guava, Passionfruit Pumpkin, Irwin Mango, and Mulberry jams are the newest addition to our Taiwanese fruit offerings. With no added gelling agent, our jams are loose in texture, featuring large chunks of fruit, processed gently to capture their freshness.
