This mala chili crisp is produced in small batches using a traditional technique that has been passed down through generations. It's complex, tingly, and aromatic with a clean finish and a brilliant red color.
Eater calls it "the best thing to happen to a stash of frozen dumplings," and Epicurious has named it "one of the best chili crisps you can buy."
Unlike many other chili crisps on the market, this one packs a punch with only six ingredients and no food additives.

This is a Sichuan style chili crisp, featuring brown peppercorn for that MaLa hot and numbing taste. It is an essential ingredient for dishes like Ma Po Tofu and Red Oil Wontons. You'll be surprised at how well it works as a finishing oil for almost anything. Stir well before using to get plenty of crispy sediment.

Good for one year from stamped manufacturing date. Avoid sunlight and refrigerate after opening for maximum freshness.
