Salted Scallions
This is a simple salty garnish made by mixing scallions with salt, black pepper, and sesame oil. Be sure to make this at least 15 minutes ahead of time to allow the rawness of the scallion to mellow out. Great in stuffed tofu, but also recommended as an accompaniment to any grilled meat.
