Firewood Soy Sauce
Honestly I used to not believe "fancier" soy sauce is a thing, but one taste of this changed my mind. I don't know how to properly describe it besides that it's a much more balanced yet somehow more flavorful taste than the big jug we get at Costco.

Pineapple Soy Sauce
Just finished our first bottle of this and looking forward to ordering another when it’s back in stock. We’ve cooked with it and used it on its own over simple rice dishes. Always good. The pineapple is subtle, but a nice presence in the background.

Miso Soy Paste
Pour the miso soy paste over fluffy white rice. Add it to greens. On sushi. With Korean BBQ lettuce wraps. It improves everything it touches. We bought a bunch of Yun Hai products to get us through the pandemic and never looked back.
Best. Purchase. Evah.

Soy Paste with Glutinous Rice Grains
Wow, this Taiwanese stuff is soooo tasty! I have been randomly tasting new sauces on Yunhai's site (since the dried fruits were so yummy), and they are all delicious. I use this on bibimbap (rice with vegetables and beef) and noodles with meat.
And the press love it, too
