6-Cup
The medium size steamer can cook rice for up to six people or soup for three to four. An excellent everyday workhorse, especially if counter space is limited.
11-cup
The large size steamer is perfect for kitchen tasks like steaming a platter of baozi, cooking whole chicken or fish, and batching stocks. It can make rice for your day-to-day, but also scale up for a party in a pinch.
